All that part of the Parish of Matlock from the Southern side of Dob
Lane, leading from Matlock Bridge to bent lane, taking in all houses
up to Cuckoostone, including that and all houses on the Northern side
of the Chesterfield road, from the boundary line of ashover as far as
the Duke of Wellington Inn, from thence along the road leading to the
Hurst, from thence along the road out into the Chesterfield road following
that road to Matlock Bridge. Also all that part of the Parish of Matlock
called the Moor, on the Southern side of the Chesterfield Road boundary
of Ashover, to the road leading to Lumsdale following that to a stone
marked S C D, from thence taking a line to the Hurst taking in Asker
Farm to a post marked S C D taking in Hurst Cottages but not Hurst Farm.
From the above named post marked S C D, take in the Hurst Farm House,
