Matlock Bath, Great Masson Cavern
This postcard reads:
THE GREAT MASSON CAVERN
Situated 100 yards beyond the Tower, Heights
of Abraham, Matlock Bath.
The Visitor enters this Wonderful Natural Cavern after
traversing 400 yards of Lead Mine.
The men standing at the end give an idea of its size.
There is also a profusion of Beautiful Sparkling Spa,
and the end of the Cavern is covered with Fossil Sea
Shells and Coral, now 1000 feet above Sea Level.
