They appear on the 1881 Census as Buresfords
living on Well Lane Alderwasley.
On the photo with mother Harriet (nee Haynes)
and father John are 5 sons
Herbert dob 18/11/1872
Albert 16/6/1874
John Henry 2/9/1880
Frank 20/1/1883
Isaac 28/9/1886
I think the photo is around 1892 which would
make Herbert 20. They was another son Harold
born on 16/3/1892 and Harriet does not look
pregnant.
This photo was given to us by Mrs Una Postlethwaite
of Willow Grove Belper, a grandaughter of Herbert.
Herbert married Gertrude Linthwaite of Bargate
Belper.
