comment to avoid confusion.
A new page numbering system is used based on the microfilm frame order.
Ince's original page numbers and the DLSL photocopy reference are given
in red brackets.
The original pages are held at DLSL, are separated,
and unfortunately do not possess a coherent numbering system.

It looks as if this were the John MELLOR
1731, with the Stainsborough connection.
Robert MELLOR and Lydia ANDERTON were
married at Dronfield, 1683 (Marriages
W. Salt Library).
Henry MELLOR of Alsopp-le-Dale Gent died in
1671. His will dated 18 Sept and proved in the
Lichfield court 6 Oct. that year mentions
an Estate settled on his wife Jane for life,
with remainder to Robert their son; and leaves
lands in Alsopp-le-Dale, Thorpe, Parwich, Kniveton,
Hognaston & elsewhere to sd son, and £700
to a daughter Elizabeth.
