"PEDIGREES" |
by Thomas Norris INCE 1799-1860 |
Here is a transcription of the 484 pages of this Manuscript Book,
made from a microfilm copy supplied by Derby Local Studies Library.
In most cases abbreviations have been expanded without
comment to avoid confusion.
A new page numbering system is used based on the microfilm frame order.
Ince's original page numbers and the DLSL photocopy reference are given
in red brackets.
The original pages are held at DLSL, are separated,
and unfortunately do not possess a coherent numbering system.
These pages were transcribed by John Palmer, Kathryn Farrell
and Sonia Addis-Smith
between Oct 1999 and Feb 2000.
Proof-read by Sonia and John,
edited and compiled by John.

The marriage & fam[ily] of Mr Robert HEYWARD of Carsington, a very
respectable Presbyterian family, I have drawn from Carsington parish
Register & one marriage from Kniveton. In Mansfield Register I also
copied this entry tho' I think it does not pertain to this pedigree -
"1751 Nov 6, Eliezar HEYWOOD Presbyterian Minister & Mrs Jane SHAW,
both of this parish were married." This belongs to the Ped of HEYWOOD
of Wakefield &c. T.N.I. March 1867.
