GAYLER Birth cups 1847-1851 |
My family has had 3 "birth cups" for around 100 years, but has never known whom they represent. Finally I sent my question up to Gendesk QueryBoard and got the excellent answer below. I put this page on my website on 30 Jul 04. On 20 Feb 05, I got an "out-of-the-blue" email from a relative together with a Pedigree of the 3 people on the "birth cups". Isn't the Internet amazing! But the appearance of a relative put me in a moral dilemma. |

He became Chief Inspector of Taxes in the Inland Revenue. Does anyone have any details of either his birth, baptism or 1851 census details? Any extra info e.g. educational details would be very welcome too.
